On the game page itself there is a little door icon near the button where you start the game. There you can choose the ELO of your opponents.

Same for me. Most games I play on a very old iPad. They run totally fine. Volto runs incredibly slow. I have already gained negative reputation because of this. On the phone it runs smooth.
