How do you resolve ties for photos in a game with 3-5 players? (I did not see that information in the rulebook)

Some kind of server problems that first prevented me from joining the site, then from playing my moves in turn-based games..

Are there no "karma restriction" options in tournaments?

Some of the games (that I have previously played) are missing from my lobby screen, in the "Other games you know" section. So that section is incomplete for me. Maybe that section only has the most popular games by default (even when I sort by "Last played") ?

I'm referring to https://boardgamearena.com/lobby . They do show up properly in the "Games" section, which recently had an overhaul, apparently. Is the lobby section getting deprecated?

I'm just curious.
I have not found that information anywhere, and I have not experienced the Berserk die that often in my games either.
