Sometimes galactic federation does not trigger when a development is completed (the dice are removed, but the development is not moved to the completed pile), so it would be good to discuss.

I would assume someone with colorblindness would have issues with any game that uses the offending colors, regardless of who uses them.

It seems more like an issue with the games themselves, than this preference feature.
