Board Game Arena

Hi, I have a question about the game rules. The rules clearly state that slipstream doesn't count toward corner speed. Why does the Heat transfer to BGA take slipstream into account?

When you start the BGA app, do you also get a blue screen with the small app at the top right of the screen? Every time I am forced to enlarge it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but the problem remains. Advice on how to solve it?
