My reputation was on 9. I did not have the cards action upgrade. But how does that have anything to do with the association upgrade? Im just asking as it isnt making sense to me.

Ok I am sure im just missing something. I don't know why I can not play two association moves when its on a five and the card is upgraded. I have available workers. I wanted to add an associated zoo and the 2 point reputation play but I couldnt. I also could not use the 2 point reputation on its own...
