Change my opinion about Secret Prediction

I really don't like playing with Secret Prediction. I like knowing what others bid so that I can take calculted risks. Games are so wild not knowing what people bid, it makes me uncomfortable, lol. Can you tell me reasons you like this game mode? I wanna get better at it and I need to get used to it...
