I avoid guessing 30-41, unless I’m guessing multiple hideouts, with the goal of ending the game. By the time the only unrevealed hideouts must be 30+, it’s highly likely that the fugitive can make it to 42 on their next turn, so I don’t risk losing the chance at a manhunt.
