Their ELO was reset to 100 in all their games but they still got the Arena Champion trophy in both games where they were cheating. This is obviously not ok. Could be wrong as I didn't study it as closely as I should have, but my initial impression is if it is their turn, I think you can win by making them fill up their floor line. If it is your turn, I think you can make it close but will still lose by a couple of points assuming they play optimally.

I think taking the 2 black in row 4 is best, but pretty sure taking the 2 teal into overflow would also result in winning this game.
