so is there cheating or not? I have played in games that seemed that way as well.

I have had to leave a few games before they finished I get that Rep penalty however my computer froze up the other day and it was out of my control, how can I get my rep up to a level where I can at least message people. I love this website and I want to be able to communicate to my friends.
