Just to bump this, all the bug reports are currently fixed and it's needing a single digit amount of reviews. Should be able to get this one out of alpha with a small push.

My favourites are Pennsylvania and Germany for introducing the stocks/passengers mechanics, which incentivize players to build quickly instead of stocking cards. Especially on higher number of players it makes for really interesting clashes of styles, would also be cool to have a map with a 4 or 5 ...
