As an update - I played a different game (Azul) which completed fine. Since then Arnak has been fine.

I suspect that the issue comes when you haven't completed any games - perhaps your stats profile only gets created once you complete your first game, but this step is broken in Arnak

I have had the same issue - in fact none of the games I’ve played have successfully ended, they’ve all got stuck at scoring.
