Just returning to answer my own question - now that I’ve played a few more games it has become clear - as this may help others new to the game. As above (thanks @ufm) complete sets of ALL tokens are definitely required. So for example, if one player manages to take all of the 9 or 10 tokens it does...

Also i wish they put the point system for the expansion into the game so we know how much point for for highest goat to the lowest goat.

What happens if we got tie on trophies who get the 7 or -7 point? Or do we both get it or does it canceled out?
