Board Game Arena

I was recently playing in a game where both of the players had 3-4 more points than me but still targeting me, presumably because my ELO was highest. But my ELO is like 300, I'm hardly an expert player. Anyways, I get targeting me when all else is relatively equal but definitely makes it unenjoyable...

I am having the same problem as well. Freezes at 10%. Doesn't matter the device or browser.
