Ran into issue of available game, yet person either doesn't start or it just sits there. Is this due to bug or player (host) just not being there?

If this gets me banned, so be it. But I'm really really annoyed, and it's the ELO. I'm sick and tired of losing all of it every game to player way better than me especially when they have a million and I don't. Either their needs to be an explanation, or the system needs to change. Or ELO merchant. Like a foul merchant in sports. It seems to me that people play and they are good, or they just want to play and then oh, sorry other person but the game is about myself, so therefore you aren't going to be able to get any points. That type of thing.

ELO thiefs is there such a thing, or people who do this?

I just finished the Ticket to Ride all maps new collection, and I lost 17 ELO to someone who had a ton more than me. I think I should've lost like 5 at the most, since the calculation isn't much when said player is more higher ranking.
