Just happened again.

Elite, elite, bronze. Totally random bad play by bronze player kingmaker'd the ending.

Done with PR tournament, it is a joke.

Puerto Rico doesn't work so well in tournament

I am not sure about the way Puerto Rico tournaments are working. It is fine if you have 3 equal players. Usually the scores are quite close and it is a good match. The problem is the system pairs elite players with silver or bronze players, and then one of the elite players is usually victim to rand...
