Balance suggestion

Faerie Thieves are too strong and too punishing in 1v1 environment.
Currently the triggering effect is +2/-1, which is 3-point difference. I think +1/-1 should be more reasonable.
Anyway, just saying, I still hope development team could find this a useful suggestion.
