The Revolutionary will beat the Soldier and discard the next card of the opponent.
When the Revolutionary wins, It triggers its own ability first then move the Soldier to the discarded deck, So Soldiers ability won't stop the Revolutionary

Really hope the publisher and right holder of this game can see this, That tie-breaker rule is the biggest flop Ive ever seen in the game.
