I don't understand the number of points I gain when winning or losing a game. It doesn't seem to be ELO related. I expect the following: When winning: The higher the opponent compared to you, the more points you get When losing The lower the opponent compared to you, more points get deducted It does...

Allow for each player to have up to X of 5 or 10 minutes timeouts per game or time played.
This allows for a player to avoid penalties if the person needs to go to the toilet/attend to child etc
