I just checked. The player left of the pink 9 is the player after pink 9 in turn order. This equals playing clockwise, which most people are used to. So for me it's correct.

Oxygen is not affected by Auto destruction. The reactor removes those, if you shut it down.

Playing a card for it's effect is an action and counts toward your limit. Why do you think it's not?

Yes, you can do that with the hot seat mode. Hot sear is a bit buggy, so you need to refresh the page often, but other than that, it works.

You should be able to use the room to check AA status. Seems like a bug, if you don't have the option. Please create an issue though the report bug option in the game, so the devs can have a look

Gurus can vote on the format. To become a guru, you have to play often and you will get a notice, once you have the status. However, it's currently not possible to propose any format, so unfortunately, it seems like we will have 2p until the end of the year.

Quick check let's assume that recently translated is what you're looking for. Recently translated + validated sums up to all text blocks, where I checked.
