I had this happen a lot with my physical copy with dice, too. So I really think that's only a probability/bias thing. Make a list of your results from a few hundred rolls and we can see if there is something off.

The removed plane stays in the supply and can come back when rolling the black die.

Great to see new scenarios added! Are those exclusively for the BGA version or are they available for the physical game anywhere (print and play for example)?
