How does this system work exactly and maybe change it?
Winning a game give +6 points but losing a game gives -20 ?
I feel it is unfair for someone to grind up rankings then lose a game and drop down so much.
Maybe make the points be same for winning and same for losing? +6 winning , -6 losing ?
