Board Game Arena

There seems to be incredible stretches in the algorithm of this game. I win 7 games in a row against 400-600 elo players and then lose 7 games in a row to 150-300 elo players. Does anyone else experience this? Perhaps I am just to inconsistent in my play?

If I use a flipped buid action to place a building over a money for sponosors action and use that placement bonus to play engineer, can I use the engineer ability on the current use of the build action?

Is the best path to victory a big sponsor card inside the first break to get the ramp running the most effeciently? I know getting a conservartion funded or a card or 2 flipped is really strong as well. I am beginning to believe the most effcient and eaiest path to ramping (with excellent or better ...
