Let’s say you have all 4 workers hired and 2 of your workers are on the same action space, either from a recalled worker or from the special association card that allows you to hire a worker at 5. Would you then be able to put your other 2 workers on that spot? I would assume not but the base rules ...

Just played a game where I had a size 5 enclosure touching rock and a size 5 aquarium, had enough money and upgraded animals to play fur seal but game would not let me, am I missing something?
