Arena Points doesen´t make sense

Hi, can anyone explain me how the +/- Points in Arena are calculated. I was at 1.700 Arena Points and loose against someone with 1.529 AP. He get +29 me -29 Then I win against a 100 elo Bronze Player and get +11 and for a win against a 215 Elo (1.445 AP) I only get +8? Thanks in Advance :) Greetings...
