Why not keep the victory for the player with the most time on the clock ?

In the situation in which player quits or is expelled, the advancing player is chosen by oldest account.

It seems not fair for the other player. Is there a suggestion that have been opened about this issue to improve the situation for 3 players tournaments ?

Who is the winner in a 3 players’ match when a player was out of time (or quit this game) and lost this game and BGA message say « all other players will be considered winners » but the tournament is set as Multiplayer Elimination with only one 1 qualified player to keep for each match.
