I agree it would be nice, especially for straights where it doesn't really matter where exactly the other players are. I think the only issue is that it might confuse newer players if you don't clearly flag it that you should probably wait for other players to move in the corners before choosing you...

Completely agree. It's not super fun if you miss out on a crucial cooldown or slipstream because of accidentally pressing pass especially when nothing has yet changed about the game state except that you can no longer return to the game screen that allowed for the action you just accidentally skipped.

turning players who leave into Legends would be so nice, only issue being that you couldn't necessarily do it with the orange player as of right now.

I actually came close (two squares away) from a 15 turn game in France today. I messed up the final corner section somehow though and didn't get the right cards.
