Despite my hopes it doesn't help the Woodland Edges cards to shine at all, and the moutain stuff is also too diluted.

Personnally i disagree, I don't think that's the interesting part of the game. Plus, seeing the back and forth near the endgame ads some nice tension.

I do agree the scoring potential of the new cards isn't great, which makes the current format wolf paradise.
