You can, during a game scroll down, there are some Buttons for settings like style of cards or how the first player is highlighted.

Not sure how the buttons are called in English but you'll find them.

That’s the reason I stopped playing tournaments. Some people even use it to farm elo, they don’t play particularly good, but they play quick so they often win just because of that.

Tournaments are broken, if you ask me.

But maybe you are talking about Arena points and not about elo… sorry in that case.
