cards that allow Urgent Wish twice in the same round?

Which cards, if any, allow a player to Urgent Wish twice in the same round? I vaguely recall seeing it in a game but can't remember which card they had (Second Spouse, Seatmate, Sleeping Corner, Sheep Rug, ...).
