Yeah it's pretty frustrating that they won't fix this. Is there a way to escalate game issues beyond bugs?

The Fewest VPs is always counted before end game points, and there are lots of ways to score end game points.

Page 15 of the rulebook: "If you choose the Living Room reward, you must re-score the Downstairs Room you just completed."

No, per the rules, "Outdoor Rooms in your garden may not be connect to Rooms that are 'inside' your Moat, except by your drawbridge."

Yes, if choose the side with 3 entrances then you can complete it by connecting those e entrances. Keep in mind you cannot complete your moat without a drawbridge entrance.

Has anyone else noticed this? It seems that both during the game and at final scoring, it is not counting the External Entrances King's Favor correctly, often adding extra entrances that are either on corridors or not open to the outside. You can build Outdoor rooms on the drawbridge, and only Outdoor rooms can be built from the moat.

ETA: Also, to complete your moat, you must have the entrance open across the drawbridge.

Plenty of games on BGA don't have all their expansions. While they might all come together in a box, it's clear from the expansion rules adding any of the expansions is optional (except the Towers expansion is required for 5 players).

In BGA, you have to play with the Moat expansion and then it allows you to choose a side.
