You can get through it if you keep clicking continue but its not that dissimilar to just reading the instructions without the interaction

I've seen this message a few times in game and it seems to let the player draw a new tile. It's only happened to opponents thus far and despite me looking over the rules and the tutorial I can't seem to find anything about it. It doesn't seem broken or anything I would just like to know the context ...

So I've hit 9th place on this game and haven't received any achievements but I also noticed that the standings aren't accurate on the game page. Think this'll get fixed soon?
