Do you have link to where they explain this ELO multiplication? It definitely doesn't make much sense and doesn't follow what I've seen in other games.

I just played a 3 player turn-based (Viticulture) where the 3 players were 48/99/153 ELO at start. The first place player got +55 ELO, the 2nd 0 ELO and the 3rd place got -52. In games like Ticket to Ride the typical amount of change would be something like +5/1/-5, if not lower. Why is there so muc...
