I've played a few games of Break the Code, and I agree the Luck rating should not be 0. It is mainly a deduction/skill game, so I don't think 4 is right either. But 0 implies a fully deterministic game, which this is not: the hidden tiles are randomly dealt, and the available question cards come fro...
