Can I play with 2 players in same location and a 3rd player in another location

I would like to be able to play on BGA with my Sister and my Niece who live in another state. I know premium would allow the two of them to play from the same location/ip address. But would I be able to join as a third player from a different location/ip address. Does anyone know if this is possible...
