Re: Goa 3rd Edition

Amazing implementation thus far, very nice work Jonathan. Since it moved out of Alpha so quickly, what's the best way to give feedback that aren't bugs? I play a lot on mobile / async and it would be helpful to know what # of bidder you are so you dont have to scroll down in the logs. Like if its 4 ...

Re: Diplomat

Early in the game the priority is 1. Architect and 2. Senator.

Later in the game it depends on your card purchases but you Architect, Senator, and Consul are always going to be strong plays as they are how you win games.

Re: First player heavily disadvantaged suggestion

This game was on BaJ for many years, so I'm not sure what the consensus is. I only play 2 player, but was able to make it in the top ten over on BaJ multiple times (competition is easier than here imo) and I don't remember first player being a disadvantage. In fact I believe I liked it in most scena...

Re: Undo button when?

This implementation is too finnicky with the bidding amount and the number of meeples used to activate a tile without an undo button.

Stopped playing personally after accidentally using 3 workers early to activate a tile when I meant to use one.

Re: Graphics

I agree that this is the primary thing that needs to be changed about this implementation. It's difficult to read even on a desktop unless you have it zoomed in.

Re: A few suggestions to make TTA even better on BGA.

I think the biggest things missing from this implementation that would bring it on par with BGO would be: 1. Able to undo back to your political action if you did not play a political action. This is just a nice QoL improvement. 2. Able to see which events YOU have seeded in the deck. For async game...

Re: How do you know when it is your last turn?

I feel like this area of the UI should be buffed up to visually tell you when the last round and the next to last round have commenced. Similar to Yokohama.

Re: "undo"selection

The lack of undo button is my biggest complaint about BGA. The interface is great, but I hate playing heavy games here compared to other sites. For shorter games if you mess up then no big deal. But I really think BGA should have some standards that require an undo button once a game length gets abo...

Re: TTA: A new story

Sure, but a new story is on boardgaming-online.

I'm not sure if that site has their blessings or not, but it's been up for a very long time.

Re: IT is here!

Yeah, I think the promo tiles should be added first as they're relatively easy to add and helps Mermaids be competitive.
