Board Game Arena

In Hand and Foot when you see your profile it shows ELO 100 ELO 200 ELO 300 etc. and when you achieve the next level you get an award or badge. I did with the 3 prior ELO level achievements but not ELO 400.

Is there anyway to reach a site administrator to find out why if you topped 400 in Hand and Foot you did not received the ELO400 Badge with your achievements and awards? Thanks ahead of time for any information. You try to so hard to get there and then drop fast after usually and to not get the Awar...
