To me it looks like the pier indicated by the blue arrow is broken / demolished. Can anyone confirm that this is just a graphical mistake that has no impact on the game? I really like being able to choose the pace. Sometimes I do think fast pace allows too much time lol, but it's a big difference from playing irl where it can get dragged out for what feels like forever.

It seems to happen only when I click "Play again" after a finished game. If I refresh the page, my pre-chosen settings come back so I don't have to set them up again. Hm.
