But for playing or having a bonus, you will not have it because you have not yet 100 or more.

Does anyone know why I can't enter tournaments or play Arena mode even though my ELO is 100? Shouldn't they unlock once I got to 100? Draft & Write Records is the first game I've encountered with this issue.

I agree! I just signed up for Premium today and instinctively that was the "feature" I went looking for.
