In general, I agree with the comments that see nothing wrong with an opponent’s conceding. Get the Elo points, save time, etc. Recently, though, I’ve had a few games in which the opponent conceded when the final turn was announced. In my opinion, trading, not trading or targeting players for any reason is within the rules. Doing it for reasons beyond the game (who's in the lead, who has which resources, who has been nice to me earlier...) or metagame (who has higher elo, who's competing for an Arena spot...) is unsportsmanlik...
