Rage Inducing

Does anyone else feel this game is rage inducing? You could be the best player in the world and easily lose 10 in a row. I see many top players have wild swings of up to 500 ELO and down to 250. Such a frustrating game.

Why so many French players?

Just an observation that like half of the top players are French. Is Odin the most popular game in France? Is it just widely available at board game stores there?
