Hi, how long does it takes normally for the moderation to process a report? I opened a report more than 20 days ago, and still is waiting. The player still have a bad behaviour and i keep updating that report. But it seems that no one take a look at it! There is a limited time for doing so? Or i hav...

Games start without warning

It keeps happening that a game that i queued suddenly starts and i have no notification so i end up losing points and been warned for abandoning a game.
Other times i receive the normal warning and i can play without problem. Why this bug?
