It would never be implemented, sure, but it is abundantly clear that the optional 1 action design of TFM might be one of the worst "unique" design choices of all time in a serious board game. The devs are simply being stubborn. Everyone would agree that 1 actioning the majority of the time...

you are right, sometimes we don't see any single 8 or 6 in a game which is very much irritating as the odds of 8 and 6 are highest. I think there is some problem in programming from the developers end. The chance of a game with either zero 6s or zero 8s is around 0.5% That's one in every 200 games....
