I tried that resolution, still having the same issue.

Is there a specific setting that concerns this?

New table creation in quick play now defaults to friendly speed/no time limit

I've looked all over the place for the setting to make it so there has to be a time limit. I really hate marine world so I'm stuck playing unranked. Any suggestions? The preferences don't seem to offer an option to disable friendly mode.
