Considering that "strategy", maybe BGA could put an upper limit on it? Maybe 5 times a month? A "normal" player doesn't use it very often...

The same person uses another strategy : to quit a game when he understands it's lost for him. Like that, he loses less points, and loses karma too - but he doesn't mind about that. This is worse.

This is not acceptable.
Can you report those players ?
A woman player told me, a few weeks ago, she suffered about sexist remarks...
