Is this a bug or premium member perk?

I played this 2player Europe game and at the end scores are level(yes yes it happed to me first time) but at the end other player got +5 points and I got negative 11 points. Other player got double than my total ELO points in total. I completed largest track. Is this a bug or premium player perks? h...

Is this a bug in scoring?

Yellow player did not connect Palermo to Moskova, however it did not negative score. Is this a bug or am I missing anything here?
