Board Game Arena

A more careful reading of the rules let me find my issue - I mistakenly thought the double water requirement meant that two of the hexes in the special enclosure needed to be next to water rather than the enclosure needed to be adjacent to two water hexes!

The game won’t let me place the aquarium, but i think i should be able to in the upper left?
