I get an access restricted error when I try to create a new table, but looking at the rankings there are people that have already played it enough to get to 1600 ELO.
Is it limited by timezones? That's the only logical conclusion I can come to.

So how does this work? Does everyone who replied gets added automatically to the beta testers, or are we passing a screening process?
