I have played a few games and noticed when placing an orange tile in the 3 spot of the middle star for instance. Rather than being able to use any other 2 tiles (eg cream and red) it will only let me use 3 orange (orange & wild colour). Is this a known issue, I assume it's an issue with programm...

Playing the BGA 2nd edition version of this and I placed a building on a risky action spot, I had a grey cow and room to move my marker down but it didn't ask me about this or do it automatically. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?
