I was scouring the rulebook trying to figure that out. I own the base game IRL but I've always avoided Upstairs Downstairs because it seems to ramp up the complexity significantly with all the extra servant types.

I agree. I end up flipping tabs back and forth to just view one player at a time because the View All tab is just way too confusing in a 4 player game.
