Archeologist sponsor card should be banned for Commercial Harbor Map. It is strong card for sure, but on Commercial Harbor map it's just too much to handle. it's giving oponent to use X2 bonus 4 times, which is way too OP. comparing to yourself - it's like 3 extra moves for oponent which is not fair...
